Seven Steps to Living a Healthy Life Past 100

I am right now 73 years old and I realized I am potentially at the end of this life. If this is all there is, or if there is a new life that starts over, or if we go on to a better or worse place, I have some unfinished business here in this life and I want at least 20 more years of good health, to accomplish the things that are yet to be done.

So now part of my unfinished business is to find ways to make sure I live long enough to finish my business and thus the reason for this blog and my new company Hammond Life Extension.

The reason I am writing this out, for the rest of the world to read my thoughts, is because I need you. I have checked hundreds of things about living longer, there is a ton of information, very rich
people are donating hundreds of millions of their personal money to find a way to live longer and there are many options but on almost every option the final words are, more research needs to be done to prove that it works. Why do all the Life Extension options have that caveat, because not enough people have been in that research project for a long enough time to say unequivocally that it is true. If you are going to prove that people can live to be over 100 in good health, even if you start the research with a large group who are 75, it will take over 25 years to get conclusive results. The people doing the research could be dead by then. My dry sense of humor. Also, you might have to start doing something when you are 50 or 7 to live past 100 in good health. A lot of research is needed.

With what we know right now, here are the 7 elements that control how long we live.
Air &Water
Supplements
Food
Exercise
Stress
Sleep
Enjoyment

Yes, I know there are some other very expensive procedures, but they are also untested over the long term. Even if you delve into that water, you still have to be master of the 7 elements listed here, to make it all work. The other benefit of our plan is that it is all natural.

We need to have an understanding of each element to enable us to have a crack at living a long healthy life. The 7 elements seem too obvious but many books and much research has been done on each of the 7 elements but never one book that includes them all, so  we are just scratching the surface by mentioning these things, we have to dig a lot deeper to understand them.

That is why I am writing a book on all 7 elements. I have been studying nutrition for 30 years and I still am constantly finding new information, the world of health science is rapidly finding itself, new things are being discovered every day.

Here is the plan

We form a database and track what we are doing in each of the 7 elements, as time goes by we will see patterns developing where people can report benefits of  changes we make in each element. The more people we have in our group, the more valid will be our findings.

Think about these 7 elements, if you are the master of them all, your life will be healthy and long. I will be back to explain, write an article, and a book which will expand the information.
